ExtraCareful's Soundtrack Pick of the Week

Second time around, which song will be highlighted? And the winner is...
Immoralist (Dragon Crisis OP)
Yui Horie
Has the lyrics to the entire thing. Enjoy!
This is another personal favorite. Has the usual - excellent main theme (it'll be obvious what it is) and it does a lot of good variations. It also keeps the excitement pumping by continuing to churn different stuff out and knows when to set contrasts with regards to dynamics.
Yui Horie's voice also comes out very nicely in this one and although there's not a lot of vibrato her voice is crystal clear, can hit the high notes ezpz and is very nice overall. The overlaid vocals that make it sound like 5 people are singing at once also adds a subtle touch to the whole thing and emphasizes the loud parts in contrast to the quiet parts.
The piano heavy parts are very good because they don't just throw it in like they do in, say, K-On!; they actually have a major part in it, which sounds really good and adds a core to the entire song.
The different parts are also very different and it's definitely one of the reasons why I chose this soundtrack for this week. The melody from 2:48~3:34 is a very simple, chord-laden one, but it's very refreshing and almost completely disparate from the tunes that came before this. It's very rare to hear a full development like this that actually sounds different, not just a decoration-filled/augmented/diminished main theme a third upwards. Baka to Test's OP gives it a go, but the 'different' part (essentially smashing down on the dominant chord every downbeat and developing from there) only lasts for 5-7 seconds max. So I think this is a very well-made product and it deserves the spot of Soundtrack of the Week.
